As with Fundholding, we expect to see over time the coming together of groups of practices, who either collectively manage themselves or fund external support to manage them, for the wider benefits of practice based commissioning. Current examples of this are in Luton, where we have members, and City and Hackney. Information on these developments will be placed on this website as they unfold.
