HEMPSONS PUBLISHES ‘10 – STEP GUIDE TO LEGAL SUPPORT FOR CCG AUTHORISATION’

Today, Hempsons, in association with NAPC, publishes its ‘10-Step Guide To Legal Support for CCG Authorisation’. The aim of the publication is to help Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) understand what they have to do to be ready for the self-certification and assessment processes of CCG authorisation. 

The guide provides advice regarding constitutions, governance, joint commissioning and risk sharing, regulatory compliance, accountability, commissioning support, workforce contract management, office infrastructure and corporate personal liability.
