What role does customer relations play in the delivery of primary care? Does it have a role at all? In an increasingly consumerised service with a plurality of providers, public and private, customer relations will play an increasing role.

This educational, no-fee, event is aimed at GPs and managers and gives them the opportunity to explore the concept of customer relationships and its role and relevance in modern healthcare.
